The Little Mountain Lodge is a luxury 13 BR/12.5 Bath one-of-a-kind mountain home located just two blocks from Breckenridge's historic Main Street, yet situated on three private acres. 10,000 sf of luxury is available to our guests including two large greatroom spaces and an enormous commercial kitchen to prepare meals for all of your friends and family. There is an outdoor hot tub with a waterfall, elevator from the first to the second floors, pool table, poker table, wetbar, and easy access to downtown and the lifts of Breckenridge resort ~ the free shuttle stop is immediately across the street. This home is the natural choice for once-in-a-lifetime family reunions, corporate retreats, very small weddings, and group vacations.

Bed Configurations
The Little Mountain Lodge has 13 BR/12.5 Baths and sleeps up to 31 guests (as we like to say, "with heads on pillows and bodies in beds"). We wouldn't ask you to sleep on pullout sofas, futons, or air mattresses behind the wash machine. :)

Rules and Rates
Rates vary depending on the size of your group, the length of your stay, and the time of year. Nightly rates can range from $1800 - $4000 excluding taxes and cleaning. Please give us a call for a quote and let us know how we can assist with your planning.
We require a down payment of $2000 ($3000 for holiday rentals) and the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. We do not have a cancellation policy and don't require a mandatory purchase of travel insurance with each reservation because cancellations are so rare. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation, contact www.csatravelprotection.com for information.
